THIRUVAMBADI SRI KRISHNA TEMPLE
The Thiruvambadi Sree Krishna temple is an ancient Hindu temple in Thrissur, Kerala. The temple is mainly dedicated to the lord Krishna in his child form and the idol symbolizes the divinity and innocence of Krishna.
The temple also worships goddess Bhadrakali with equal importance to lord Krishna. Lord Ganesha, lord shastha, and Brahmarakshasu are also worshipped here.
The main specialty of this temple is its participation in the Thrissur Pooram festival.
The Thiruvambadi Sree Krishna swami temple is one of the two major temples participating in the Thrissur program which is known as the festival of festivals and the goddess of this temple is considered the youngest sister of the deity of paramekkavu temple.

The temple also have a wide range of different offerings which includes the Udayasthama pooja, kalam Pattu, navakam, choroonu, etc.
